“Horses are hilarious, – says German photographer Wiebke Haas. – My greatest passion is to get from them almost human expression.” This infatuation Vibke turned into a photo series called “Horsestyle”, which was among the finalists of the photo competition Sony World Photography Awards 2018.
Wiebke Haas grew up surrounded by animals, which perhaps explains why her horses look so at ease. “The hardest part is keeping them right in front of the camera,” Wiebke Haas says. What is its secret? Horse treats and periodic tickling of the ear.
